To Our Valued Patients:
We have four important office policies designed to benefit all of our patients. We believe that these policies will prevent any misunderstandings regarding our mutual expectations. Please read them carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to discuss them with one of our staff members.
Commitment to Treatment Policy:
It is always in your best interest to complete any course of treatment that we begin. Incomplete therapy can lead to misunderstandings and complications. Incomplete treatment also can lead to tooth loss and progression of disease. We plan treatment for long-and short-term goals. Long- term treatment plans may take years to complete and are usually staged according to your personal finances and goals. However, short-term goals are those Dr. Spencer feels are medically necessary to maintain a minimum standard of care. These goals should be accomplished in a very timely manner. When we are unable to maintain a minimum standard of care for a patient, that patient may be dismissed from our practice.
Commitment to Financial Responsibility:
We are committed to providing our best professional care, skill and judgment in planning your dental treatment. We will also make every effort to inform you of your financial responsibility to us prior to each and every appointment. THEREFORE, ALL OF OUR FEES ARE DUE IN FULL THE DAY OF YOUR DENTAL APPOINTMENT.
Commitment to Appointment Policy:
Our appointment times are reserved exclusively for your dental treatment. Any change in your appointment affects many patients. WE, THEREFORE, MUST RECEIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE IF IT IS NECESSARY FOR YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT CHANGE. Otherwise, there will be a charge for the reserved time. This allows us to provide dental care for those patients who need and want treatment.
Commitment to Health:
Please be aware that even the highest quality dental work requires care. We expect our patients to care for their dental work as instructed to ensure the maximum longevity of restorations, teeth and supporting structures.
We make a difference in people's smiles and lives
Our primary goal for our patients is to achieve and maintain optimum oral health through regularly scheduled dental exams and by offering advances in dental techniques and technologies.
